See what some of our customers had to say about Precision Songs:

I am a teacher in a k-2 Autism classroom and use three of your products regularly. They are remarkable instructional tools that have proven to be very successful in my classroom . THANK YOU for your outstanding work.

I am a licensed speech/language pathologist. Long before being introduced to Precision Songs, formerly Sing to Speak I had begun to research the correlation of music to retention, memory and overall student's ability to learn concepts. It was my experience as I made observations that students could recall entire lyrics to secular songs but had difficulty retaining basic concepts. I began to set concepts to be learned to music to see if the students would acquire the skills. After several years of using the musical approach to teaching, it was confirmed that concepts set to music were more easily retained.

Then, I was introduced to Prescision Songs. It was as though they knew just what prescription was needed to address the needs of a set group of children. I've now been using Precision Songs for about two years. The products of Precision Songs have made a tremendous difference in my students progress and motivation toward therapy. I so love the product that every opportunity I get I tell others about it. Just recently I was at an Autism Conference and found that they have online data graphs that chart students' progress. I am so excited about the products of Precision Songs as they are user friendly and meet the needs of children.

I have used Precision Songs' materials in my classroom and home programs that I run. I have found it to be an invaluable teaching tool. In their materials such as, "Sing to Greet the World Around Me", the levels of prompts and prompt fading are perfect to use with students with developmental disabilities, particularly Autism. It appeals to the student's love of music and need for sameness when beginning to learn new concepts. These are excellent materials for master level, novice teachers and are parent friendly as well. They can help with introduction or maintenance of materials and generalizing already acquired skills. Precision Songs will succeed in helping your children and students increase their intraverbal repertoire, acquisition of vocabulary and allows kids to have fun doing it all!
It never ceases to amaze me how my students are always mesmerized even the first time I play a Precision Songs CD. The clarity of the pictures and photographs used as visuals in the accompanying books grab and hold their attention. The fact that there are multiple visual exemplars is impressive and helps students begin to generalize different concepts and vocabulary very early in their leaning.

I am a licensed speech pathologist with 23 years of experience and a varied and extensive exposure to therapy/treatment strategies. Understanding and using Precision Songs, formerly Sing to Speak, has opened a wonderful and succesful avenue to treat children with autism. The literature supports that most individuals with autism repond positively to music (DeMyer, 1974, Edgerton, 1994; Euper,1968; Snell, 1996; Thaut, 1992). This population often shows heightened interest and response to music, making it an excellent tool for therapy. I have seen this program work with children who did not respond to other forms of intervention. The style of music, rate of presentation and the reduction in cues at each level help to facilitate more functional language skills. The other promising aspect of Precision Songs is that it provides an exceptional method for the treating speech pathologist to track and document measureable progress. Justifying and proving to insurance providers and physicians that progress is measurable and ongoing is a challenge. Precision Songs provides excellent charting methods to justify ongoing treatment. This is a program I would recommend without reservation to families and professionals.

The CD and book are really helping!  Our daughter is considered disabled and is getting therapy but I wanted to be able to do more at home!  She really likes your CD and book and asks to listen to them.... I like that it is exactly the things that she has worked on in therapy, and serves as additional reinforcement in a way that she enjoys.  I am looking forward to getting more of your CDs and books in the future.  You have done a wonderful job.

I used the "Sing to Greet the World Around Me" and "Sing to Tell Me How You Feel" CD's. I couldn't wait for the 2nd one to come out!  I actually am a certified teacher but was using them with my daughter...and her friend both of whom have autism spectrum disorders (High Functioning Autism and PDD).  Both girls thought it was really "cool" to listen to the personalized section on the first CD.  My daughter listened to many songs multiple times, especially on the first tape.  I like the idea of having them fill in the words and it maintained more interest..... I also think it was great to include how their behavior affects others.  Please let me know when the next CDs will be available because my daughter's speech therapist will be ordering them for use with her and other students at the school.
